Stock and Availability

  • Are all products listed on the website in stock or do you specify on product page if they are out of stock or sold out?

    If the product goes out of stock after you placed the order, we will notify you via phone or email.

  • Can customers find out on the website if the product they are ordering is in stock? If it can be added to the cart, does that mean it is in stock?

    You may be able to add an item to cart that may not be in stock. If the item is not in stock when you place the order, we’ll contact you to inform you about it.

Return / Refund / Exchange / Warranty / Guarantee

  • Return/Refund Policy

    We have a 30-day conditional return policy; customers have up to 30 days after receiving their product to make returns. After 30 days we will not except any returns. All approved returns must have RMA number, provided by a Versa Desk customer care representative. The current Return Policy supersedes all previous Return Policies. Please see terms and conditions below.

  • What is the Return Policy?

    Due to the high costs of materials and extensive labor that goes into each piece we offer a limited return policy.

    We have a 30-day conditional return policy; customers have up to 30 days after receiving their product to make returns. After 30 days we will not except any returns. All approved returns must have RMA number, provided by a Versa Desk customer care representative. The current Return Policy supersedes all previous Return Policies. Please see terms and conditions below.

    No refunds are available after 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    We are very sorry whenever a customer does not love our product. In the rare event you do wish to return your item, we will assist you with that.

    If you must return your item within 30 days of receiving your delivery, we must charge a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all associated return shipping charges. Freight, shipping, or white glove services will not be credited back. Please call customer care for more details and to obtain an RMA number for a return.

  • Do your products come with a warranty?

    We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all products. The frame is backed by a Lifetime Warranty and the electronic components and motor are covered by a 2-Year Warranty. For more details, please visit https://versadesk.com/lifetime-warranty/

  • How long is the warranty valid?

    We pride ourselves in producing top-quality products and are certain that our customers will enjoy their products, that we provide a hassle-free LIFETIME WARRANTY.

    You will receive a warranty certificate with your product. If you do not receive it with your package, please contact a customer service agent at cs@versadesk.com

    Make sure to hold on to your warranty certificate in the event that you would need to use it.

  • I ordered through Amazon and they are the seller. I need a replacement/refund

    Please send us an email to support@versadesk.com with proof of purchase. If the seller says “Amazon”, you will need to put in the request through Amazon. To contact AMZ Customer Service department by calling 1-866-216-1072 or by visiting: http://www.amazon.com/contact-us

  • Is there a restocking fee?

    If you must return your item within 30 days of receiving your delivery, we must charge a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all associated return shipping charges. Freight, shipping, or white glove services will not be credited back.

  • What if I received a damaged item?

    In the unlikely event that you have received an item that has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately to support@versadesk.com and provide pictures of damage. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.

  • I placed my order through a different store (Amazon, Office Sport, etc.) and my unit is not working

    Please email our support department a video showing the defect/ issue along with a copy of your purchase receipt or proof of purchase. You can send us an email at support@versadesk.com

Shipping and Delivery

  • How long does shipping take?

    Processing lead time normally takes 3-5 business days. Due to an overwhelming demand some models and sizes are experiencing a lead time of up to 10 business days.

    When your order leaves the VersaDesk facilities it takes 5-7 business days excluding holidays to arrive at your doorstep. We ship out from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.

    Holidays and some other factors can affect the time for production & delivery.

  • Can you ship internationally?

    We can ship internationally.

  • Do you have expedited shipping options?

    We offer expedited shipping. You need to give us a call to get a shipping quote. Please call us at (800) 465-1660 x1. Monday to Friday 7:00AM – 4:30PM PST.

  • Do you ship to PO/APO boxes?

    No, we do not ship to P.O/ APO boxes.

  • Are shipping/delivery times to AK/HI and US territories the same as continental? Or is it considered as international already?

    HI and AL are considered international. For international shipping, please call us at (800) 465-1660 x1. Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM PST to get a shipping quote.

  • Where do you ship the products from?

    Most of our products are shipped from our Los Angeles facility.

  • What are the shipping methods you use?

    We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on your order.

  • Shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, & Canada

    For Alaska – $140 Flat Rate Fee
    Hawaii – $160 Flat Rate Fee
    Canada – $120 Flat Rate Fee

  • What is the shipping cut off time for orders?

    The shipping cut-off time is 12:00 PM PST.

  • Can I use my UPS account to ship products to me?

    Yes, we can. Please provide information at point of sale.

  • Is there a manufacturing or other non-shipping related lead time on some products before they can ship?

    Some models and sizes are experiencing a lead time of up to 10 business days.

  • Do customers have to sign for the shipment?

    We do not require you to sign for the shipment.

  • Can customers pickup their order instead of shipping it?

    There’s no warehouse pickup option.

  • Do I have to pay tax/customs for international orders?

    Yes, shipping quotes will include taxes/ duty fees.

  • What if my item does not fit through my doorway?

    It is the customer’s responsibilities to make sure their item will fit when it arrives. Customer is responsible, before ordering, to measure doorways spaces, elevator’s cabins and stairways.

  • Do you have store locations or only an eCommerce store?

    No, we do not have physical store locations. We only sell online.

Order Status / Changes / Modifications / Cancellations

  • How can customers track their orders?

    In order to get you the status of your order, please give us a call at (800) 465-1660 x4 or send us an email at support@versadesk.com. We are open Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 4:30PM PST.

  • Where is my order, it has been saying awaiting shipment for a while?

    Awaiting shipment means that the product(s) you have purchased are going through production. After the lead time they will be shipped. When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirming shipment along with tracking information.

  • How can I cancel/modify my order?

    If it hasn’t been shipped, we can modify or cancel the order. Please provide your order details and send it to support@versadesk.com. You can also give us a call at (800) 465-1660 x4. Monday to Friday 6:00AM – 6:00PM PST.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    In the event that you have placed an order and decide to cancel it before it is shipped, you must call us within no more than 24 hours after their initial purchase in the event you want to make any changes to your order.

  • What is the Cancellation Policy?

    In the event you have placed an order and decide to cancel it before it is shipped, there will be a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. Customers must call within no more than 24 hours after their initial purchase in the event you want to make any changes to their order. Remember, we start producing your furniture within days of your order so we need to know of any changes immediately.

  • Where are the products made?

    Most of our products are made in US, but a few products and components may be made overseas.

  • Can you tell me something about the labor practices if products are made overseas?

    Some of our components are sourced overseas however, they are all assembled in our Los Angeles facility.

  • Do you sell in Amazon, Ebay or other Online retail stores?

    Yes, we do.

  • Are all your products new?

    Yes, all our products are new.

  • Do you do custom orders?

    I’m sorry but we do not do custom orders.

  • What do customers frequently ask you for that you do not sell?

  • Do your products require assembly or installation? If so, do most customers do this themselves?

    No but our products are designed to be easy to install, so it is something you can do yourself too.

  • How much weight can my VersaDesk hold?

    The VersaDesk unit is built to hold heavy office equipment up to 80lbs. Depending on the size, It can hold three monitors and additional office equipment such as a light-weight printer and more.

  • I am 6’3”, will the VersaDesk work for me?

    We have customers of all heights who use the VersaDesk. Our taller customers tell us that they like the fact that the unit can raise up 20”.

  • I am 5’1”, will the VersaDesk work for me?

    Our customers who are shorter than 5’1”, tell us that they found the VersaDesk to be perfect for them because it is the right height for them whether they are sitting \ down or standing up.

  • I noticed other units in the market push back past the desk when lifted, does the VersaDesk move past the edge of the desk when in a lifted position?

    The best part is that when you lift up your unit, it lifts up vertically and does not push out past the edge of your desk.

  • Do I have to secure the VersaDesk to my desk?

    There is no need. The VersaDesk is so sturdy that you just simply place the unit on top of your desk with no need to use any tools or harnesses.

    Color matching and wood grains vary from computer screen to computer screen and they also vary in real life. We use real woods, which naturally vary.

  • Do you use 100% recycled steel?

  • Do you practice Green Manufacturing?

    Yes, our mission is to produce quality products at a fair price, while keeping the environmental impact to an absolute minimum. We only use recycled materials; our wood is purchased from sustainable forests that replant each area they harvest. Taking care of our environment is extremely important to our organization.

  • What materials and resources does VersaDesks use?

    The materials used at VersaDesks must meet strict environmental guidelines. The Scientific Certification Systems (SCS) certified fiberboard used for our surfaces contains a minimum of 90% recycled content, and the cold rolled steel used in all of our frames is 80% or more recycled material.

  • Where are your products made?

    All of our products are designed and assembled in our state-of-the art factory. Our craftsmen are skilled professionals that pay close attention to workmanship and detail.

  • What is your product packaging made of?

    Our product packaging is recyclable, derived from recycled material, and custom made to properly house each individual product, thus greatly reducing packaging waste.

  • What is grommet for?

    The VersaDesk offers 3 grommets for adding monitor arms and/ or to keep your office cables hidden away.

  • How high you can adjust the Power Lift Sit-to-Stand Desk System?

    Height Adjustment can be up to 50″.

  • How can one adjust Basic Manual Standing Desk Riser and how high?

    You can adjust the Basic Manual Standing Desk Riser by squeezing the side levers and you can stop at any level up to 18″.

  • Do you have power desktop for laptop?

  • Can I use the Mini Power Desktop Riser with a desktop computer?

    No, It is not meant to be used and will not work with monitor mount attachments. SO if that is something you desire, we would suggest checking out our VersaDesk Power Pro or VersaDesk Power Pro Corner desktop riser models.

  • How high you can adjust the Mini Power Desktop Riser?

    Elevates up to 20″ and Laptop tray rises from its minimum height of 1/8″ to a maximum height of 17.75″

  • My power desktop is making a grinding noise when I raise and lower it

    Please email our support department a video showing us the motor and the entire frame including the underside of the surface. Also, make sure that you include your order number. Our email is support@versadesk.com

  • What is manual verification?

    There may be several reasons as to why your transaction was flagged. It could be because the name you entered on the billing information is different from the shipping address, it could be the billing address you entered is different from the credit card. Sometimes the credit card processor looks at the IP address where you placed the order.

    What I can say is that they (the credit card processor), has asked that we collect a 2nd form of verification to release funds to us for this order. Please fill that out and return to the email address it was sent to you and we will get your order released right away.

  • Can we mount 1 dual monitor arm and another single monitor arm on one table?

    Yes, you can.

  • How many monitors can I mount on a power pro?

    You can mount 30″ – 1 monitor, 36″ – 2 monitors, 40″ – 2 monitors, 48″ – 3 monitors

  • Do you sell wall mounts for your mirrors?

    Yes we do. If you requested for it during your purchase, it will go for free. If not, you will have to pay it separately at 19.99 for each. Please call us at 888-525-4188.

  • Is there a recommended lubricant for the rail system on the electric standing versa desk?

    We recommend WD40.

  • How to compare your products? What is the difference between them?

    On the main product page https://versadesk.com/shop/ there will be a compare tickbox. You can select up to 4 products, click on the compare tickbox then scroll down until you see the orange “Compare Selected” button to proceed to see a quick comparison.

  • Can I upgrade the control switch option of the VersaDesk Power Pro?

    Yes, you now have the option to upgrade the control switch for $79. You should have this option on the product page. This only applies to new orders.

  • What are the specs for the office treadmill?

  • Does the keyboard tray on the Powerlift Standing desk retract?

    It doesn’t retract. But the desk doesn’t come fully assembled when shipped out, so in case there’s a space restriction you can choose to not install the tray first.

  • What is the difference between the desk variants?

    Below are the differences of the desks:

    1. Power Pro has basic switch.
    2. The Plus has the upgraded USB switch.
    3. The Deluxe has USB and slide out tray.
    4. The Elite has USB switch that has height memory.
  • What is the weight limit for the Seated Desk Cycle?
