How it Works
VersaDesk guarantees that every product is free from all defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of that product. We will repair or replace any defective part or product once visual proof has been submitted to VersaDesk that demonstrates defects in workmanship. All items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If you feel you have received a product with any type of defect, please contact us at (800)465-1660 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Customer Service agents are committed to resolving your problem as quickly as possible.
VersaDesk will handle shipping & handling for any products within the first 30 days after purchase. After the close of the 30-day window, VersaDesk is not responsible for the cost of shipping & handling fees for the item to be sent to us for repair.
To Initiate a Warranty Repair:
- Call VersaDesk Customer Support at (800)465-1660 to request an RMA number.
- A customer service agent will issue you an RMA number that must be included with your return.
- If within the 30 days from the point of purchase we will issue you a prepaid shipping label.
