How it Works

VersaDesk guarantees that every product is free from all defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of that product. We will repair or replace any defective part or product once visual proof has been submitted to VersaDesk that demonstrates defects in workmanship. All items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If you feel you have received a product with any type of defect, please contact us at (800)465-1660 or email us at support@versadesk.com. Our Customer Service agents are committed to resolving your problem as quickly as possible.

VersaDesk is not responsible for repair or replacement of normal wear and tare.


VersaDesk 30 Day No Hassle Guarantee

If for any reason you do not feel that VersaDesk works for you, you are provided 30 days to return your VersaDesk(s) from the date you receive your order to after the close of the 30-day window.  If you have more than one desk in your order only 1 of the desk can be opened and the remainder must be left in there box unopened.  You will be credited back the amount you were charged minus the shipping cost after we have received the product back in our facility.  VersaDesk is not responsible for the cost of shipping & handling fees for the item to be sent to us for return.

To Initiate a Warranty Repair:

  • Call VersaDesk Customer Support at (800)465-1660 or email support@versadesk.com  to request an RMA number.
  • A customer service agent will issue you an RMA number that must be included on the package with your return.
