The VersaDesk Complete Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your VersaDesk purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the order being received (provided that it is not damaged in the return process). If you have ordered a quantity of greater than two units, only one product may have been opened for evaluation. Opening of additional products is considered an acceptance of the entire order.

All shipping on returns is paid for by the purchaser. VersaDesk charges a 30% re-stocking fee for any return after the close of the 30-day return window. Custom orders are not refundable. If an item is received after the close of the return window, a VersaDesk Customer Service agent will contact you in order to arrange for shipment of the returned item. VersaDesk is not responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

  • Call VersaDesk Customer Support at 1(800)465-1660 to request an RMA number.
  • You need to obtain an RMA form from Customer Support, this form must be included with your return shipment.
  • Please Note: A credit will not be issued without an RMA number.
