Term
The VersaDesk Photo Contest begins April 7, 2017 at 12:01am PST and ends May 15, 2017 at 11:59pm PST. All entries must be received by May 15, 2017 at 11:59pm PST. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these official rules (“Official Rules”). By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the Official Rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules.
WHO MAY ENTER
Eligibility: Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States. If selected as a top 3 finalists, you will be required to provide your mailing address within 3 business days of the notice of your win or, you may be disqualified. This is so that we can ship the 36VersaDesk Power Pro Desk prize (cannot be sent to a P.O. Box). Officers, directors and employees of VersaDesk and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are NOT eligible to enter the Contest or win a prize. This Contest is void where prohibited.
HOW TO ENTER
All entries must be submitted via the above form in digital format through our online entry form. To enter complete the entry form by following the simple step-by-step directions on that page. Submit an original photograph, taken by you, that conveys how your VersaDesk is used and how it has improved your work station. Your entry must also comply with the following requirements (the “Entry Requirements”):
All photograph submissions must be 20 megabytes or smaller, must be in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format, and must be at least 1,280 pixels wide x 1,280 pixels tall.
The Photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken (respectively) by the contest entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted Photograph is original work created solely by the entrant and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the Photograph.
Though entrants retain copyright in each image submitted, the digital image file(s) submitted will not be returned or acknowledged.
Obscene, provocative, or otherwise objectionable content will not be considered, and such determination is solely at the discretion of Sponsor.
Each entrant may submit one Photograph per an email.
Entrant must also post the submitted photo on their Instagram account with #VersaDeskLife in addition to submitting with form above to be qualified.
The entries will be judged in accordance with the Judging Criteria, as defined below. All entries must be submitted and received by May 15, 2017 at 11:59 pm EST. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
LICENSE
Each entrant retains the copyright to his/her Photograph(s), but explicitly grants VersaDesk, their licensees, affiliates and their designees (collectively, the “Authorized Parties”) an irrevocable, nonexclusive, to use the Photograph for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter created, including but not limited to publication in social media, catalogs, brochures, blogs, and websites, at Authorized Parties’ discretion, without additional consideration, notification, permission to entrant or any third party.
CONTEST PRIZE
THE WINNER IS REQUIRED TO RESPOND TO PHOME AND / OR EMAIL COMMUNICATION MADE BY VERSADESK IN ORDER TO BE AWARDED THE PRIZE. NONCOMPLIANCE OR RETURN OF PRIZE NOTIFICATION AS UNDELIVERABLE MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND SELECTION OF AN ALTERNATE WINNER. One (1) Grand Prize Winner, one (1) Second Place Winner, and one (1) Third Place Winner will be selected.
The Grand Prize is the winner of a 36” VersaDesk Power Pro and gets the choice of gloss white, gray matrix, black matrix, or maple woodgrain for the surface color. Width of desk in non-negotiable. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is US$399.00. Winner must coordinate with VersaDesk to supply a valid shipping address. No cash equivalent will be provided.
Second Place Prize is a $100 Amazon Gift Card.
Third Place Prize is $20 Starbucks Gift Card.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and creativity of the entrant.

CONDITIONS
Entries are void if VersaDesk determines the photograph to not be an original, or if the entries are illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, altered, counterfeit, produced in error, obtained through fraud or theft or do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

DATA PRIVACY
Entrants agree that personal data, especially name and email address, may be processed, shared and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Contest and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules. The data may also be used by VersaDesk in order to verify the participant’s identity, postal address and telephone number or to otherwise verify the participant’s eligibility to participate in the Contest. Participants have the right to access, review, rectify or cancel any personal data held by VersaDesk by emailing social@versadesk.com. Personal data will be used by VersaDesk exclusively for the purposes stated herein.
NOTICE TO INDIVIDUALS: REMOVAL FROM MAILING LIST: Any individual (or other duly authorized person) may elect to exclude the name and email address of that individual from all lists used by VersaDesk to mail newsletters, promotions, special offers, contests or Contest. To elect to have an individual’s information excluded from all such lists, submit a removal request by email to: social@versadesk.com or select unsubscribe from the bottom of any promotional emails. This notification process may be used to prohibit mailing of all newsletters, promotions, special offers contests or Contest by VersaDesk to such individual.
