Like with our production, we take great care in packaging your shipment so that it will arrive to you safely. In the unlikely event that you have received an item that has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to support@versadesk.com. We will contact you with return instructions and have you fill out a return authorization form.

For all returns, be certain to retain the original packaging materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for your item. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original delivery.

If you would like to return something for any reason other than damage, please contact support@versadesk.com for approval.
