The VersaDesk Complete Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your VersaDesk purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the order being received (provided that it is not damaged in the return process). Customers will be credited back the amount originally charged minus the return shipping cost, once we have received the product back in our facility. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping & handling fees for the item to be sent to us for a return.
- Products must be returned with an RMA form issued by an authorized VersaDesk agent.
- Please note: Your account will not be credited without an RMA
- Product must be returned within 30 days from the date the order is received by the customer.
- If the return is made beyond the 30-day return window, a 18% restocking fee will be charged.
- If more than one desk is ordered, only 1 of the boxes (desk) can be opened and the remainder must be left in their box unopened.
- Custom made items cannot be returned

- Include the RMA form with your return shipment.
- Please Note: A credit will not be issued without an RMA number.
