Processing lead time normally takes 7-8 business days. Due to an overwhelming demand, some models and sizes may experience a lead time of up to 14 business days.
The shipping rate does not include white glove or expedited service. If you require either please contact us to inquire about additional cost.
Holidays and some other factors can affect the time for production & delivery.
When your order has been shipped from our factory, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
After the lead time and when your order leaves the VersaDesk facilities shipping takes 5-7 business days *excluding holidays to arrive at your doorstep.
Depending on your location and other circumstances it could take longer.
We are able to facilitate expedited shipping prior to placing your order. Please contact Customer Support prior to your purchase if you require this.

Purchases of $500 or more ship for free in the contiguous United States (upper 48).
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged the normal UPS, FedEx, or Roadway Freight posted rate.

Shipping to PO Boxes is NOT currently available.

If your order says “Awaiting Shipment” this means that it is going through production. You will receive an email with tracking information when it is shipped.
If your order says “Manual Verification”, this just means that we need to verify that you intended to make this purchase, because our processing system flagged it as a mismatch. This is for your safety and apologizes for any inconvenience this might cause.
