Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

How can I track my orders?

Tracking information will be emailed to you immediately after your order is shipped.

Where does Versa ship products from?

We ship all of our products directly from our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA.

Does Versa offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, expedited shipping is available! Please contact our customer support team for assistance, and we’ll be happy to help. Please note that additional fees may apply.

Does Versa offer pickup options (will call)?

At this time, we do not offer a pickup option. All orders are shipped directly from our facility for your convenience.

Does Versa offer free shipping?

While we currently do not offer free shipping on standard orders, we are pleased to provide complimentary shipping for government and educational facility orders. If your order falls into one of these categories, please reach out to us for more details on how to qualify!

Does Versa ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) as well as to Canada. Additional shipping fees may apply based on location. For other international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from when we receive the item(s), depending on your payment method.

What are Versa's business hours for phone support?

Our phone support is available Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PST). We're here to assist you during those hours!

Does Versa have store locations or is it mainly eCommerce?

We do not have physical store locations. All sales can be made directly through our website, by phone, or via third-party retailers like Target, Walmart, Wayfair, eBay, and more to come.

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes, we offer financing options. For more details, please contact our customer support team, and they can assist you with the credit application process.
