VersaDesk warranty information
At VersaDesk, we believe in building trust and confidence by providing products that stand with you every day. That’s why every VersaDesk product is backed by our industry-leading Limited Lifetime Warranty. The desk frame is protected by a Lifetime Warranty, while electronic components and motors are covered by a 1-Year Warranty. All VersaDesk products are designed and assembled in Los Angeles.
How it works
If you experience any defect in workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective part or product upon receiving visual proof that demonstrates the issue. Each warranty claim is carefully evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges required for repair or replacement.
- The Lifetime Warranty does not cover discontinued or custom products, electronic components, or non-VersaDesk items.
- Normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

To request a warranty repair, please call VersaDesk Customer Support at 800-465-1660 or email support@versadesk.com for an RMA number. For returns, email us with your original order number and proof of purchase.
