VersaDesk ships right to your door!

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7-8 business days. Due to high demand, some models may take up to 14 business days to process.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Delivery times may vary based on location and other factors.

Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

Expedited and White Glove Service: These services are available at an additional cost. Please contact Customer Support prior to purchase for arrangements.

Holiday and Other Delays: Processing and delivery times may be affected by holidays and other unforeseen circumstances.

Special Locations:

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii follows standard UPS, FedEx, or Roadway Freight rates.

For Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or international shipping inquiries, please call us at 800-465-1660.

Shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and International addresses is not currently available.

Order Status:

"Awaiting Shipment" indicates your order is in production. Tracking information will be sent once it ships.

"Manual Verification" means we need to confirm your purchase due to a system-flagged mismatch. This is for your security, and we apologize for any delay.
