Return & refund policies

We guarantee customer satisfaction on every item purchased from VersaDesk. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the order being received. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you ordered a quantity of greater than two units, only one product may be opened for evaluation. Opening of additional products is considered to be an acceptance of the entire order.

Please note that all shipping fees on returns are paid for by the purchaser. The shipping charges, along with any possible damage charges, will be deducted from your refund. For all orders greater than or equal to $5,000 USD, there is a mandatory 25% restocking fee.

How to request a return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@versaproducts.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 14105 S Avalon Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90061.

  1. Call VersaDesk Customer Support at 800-465-1660 to request an RMA number.
  2. Please print the RMA form from Customer Support and include it with your return shipment. VersaDesk will not accept / receive any returned items that do not have an RMA form attached.
  3. Please note: A credit will not be issued without an RMA number. Typically, VersaDesk will take 4-5 business days to process a refund upon receipt of the returned item(s). 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items which are custom/made to order cannot be returned. Returns on clearance items and items marked as “non-returnable” will not be accepted.Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order cancellation

Customers may “Cancel” their orders up to 5 business days after the order was placed without any penalty. However, cancellation requests after 5 business days from the ordering date (that have not been shipped) will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This 25% fee will be calculated on the order total (minus) any shipping fee and or taxes charged up front. All custom orders are considered final, due and payable at the total invoice amount on any purchase orders that have been shipped and received by customers.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@versaproducts.com.
