Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms of Service”). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. Product Availability and Pricing
If you’re interested in a VersaDesk unit that is currently on backorder, you can call or email us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we’re able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally so we can help you find another item. Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Special & Custom Orders
We want to help you find the exact standing desk converter you’re looking for. If you do not find the desk converter you want on our site, use our contact form. We may be able to manufacture a table to your specifications.

Policy on Debit Cards
A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order. As an alternative, you can continue contact your bank and request a one-time waiver of the daily charge limit.
Shipments are Insured
We fully insure each order all the way from the VersaDesk factory to your doorstep when your signature is obtained. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always painless and trouble free. If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
At this time VersaDesk does not ship internationally.
If you cannot be available to receive your order on a weekday, we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday. Just call VersaDesk sales before you submit your order, and we will arrange a Saturday delivery for you for an additional charge. Depending on how recently you submitted your order, we may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery after you submit your order as well. FedEx Saturday service, available in the vast majority of U.S. cities, is subject to availability.
To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order and it is still in new condition, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Read the details of our 30-day return policy. Shipping is not refundable.
VersaDesk warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defect in materials or workmanship. If after inspection we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship repair, we will replace the product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover accidental damage for incidental, or consequential loss. This Lifetime Warranty applies to products purchased from VersaDesk and any authorized 3rd party vendors (Amazon, Staples, etc.) This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly. Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. Under no circumstances shall VersaDesk be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
