At VersaDesk, we think knowing that your desk will stand with you every day builds trust and confidence. That’s why every product from VersaDesk is backed by a best-in-class Limited Lifetime Warranty. The frame is backed by a Lifetime Warranty and the electronic components and motor are covered by a 1-Year Warranty. All VersaDesk’s products are designed and assembled in Los Angeles.
How It Works
We will repair or replace any defective part or product once visual proof has been submitted to VersaDesk that demonstrates defects in workmanship. All items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

VersaDesk is not responsible for the repair or replacement of normal wear and tear.
VersaDesk offers a “Lifetime Warranty” on all products made in our factory located in the United States. We will replace or repair your Versa Made products for a LIFETIME free of charge with no hassle. NOTE: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges needed to repair or replace products. Lifetime Warranty does not cover discontinued or custom products, electronic components, or products not made by VersaDesk.
Limited Lifetime Warranty:
VersaDesk.com does NOT manufacture electronic components. Electronics and other Non-Versa components which are not made and Manufactured by VersaDesk are limited to a 1 year replacement warranty. To request an RMA for a return you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with the original order number, along with proof of purchase. NOTE: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
