Where is my order, it has been saying Awaiting Shipment for a while?
Awaiting shipment means that the product(s) you have purchased are going through production. After the lead time they will be shipped. When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirming shipment along with tracking information.

How much weight can my VersaDesk hold?
The VersaDesk unit is built to hold heavy office equipment up to 80lbs. In fact, it can easily fit not only one monitor but it can hold two monitors and additional office equipment such as a light-weight printer and more.
I am 6’3”, will the VersaDesk work for me?
Of course, we have customers of all heights who use the VersaDesk. Our taller customers tell us that they like the fact that the unit can raise up 20”.
I am 5’1”, will the VersaDesk work for me?
Our customers who are shorter than 5’1”, tell us that they found the VersaDesk to be perfect for them because it is the right height for them whether they are sitting \ down or standing up.
I noticed other units in the market push back past the desk when lifted, does the VersaDesk move past the edge of the desk when in a lifted position?
The best part is that when you lift up your unit, it lifts up vertically and does not push out past the edge of your desk.
Do I have to secure the VersaDesk to my desk?
There is no need. The VersaDesk is so sturdy that you just simply place the unit on top of your desk with no need to use any tools or harnesses.

Yes, our mission is to produce quality products at a fair price, while keeping the environmental impact to an absolute minimum. We only use recycled materials; our wood is purchased from sustainable forests that replant each area they harvest. Taking care of our environment is extremely important to our organization.
What is the Return Policy?
Due to the high costs of materials and extensive labor that goes into each piece we offer a limited return policy.
We have a 30-day conditional return policy; customers have up to 30 days after receiving their product to make returns. After 30 days we will not except any returns. All approved returns must have RMA number, provided by a Versa Desk customer care representative. The current Return Policy supersedes all previous Return Policies. Please see terms and conditions below.
No refunds are available after 30 days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are very sorry whenever a customer does not love our product. In the rare event you do wish to return your item, we will assist you with that.
If you must return your item within 30 days of receiving your delivery, we must charge a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all associated return shipping charges. Freight, shipping, or white glove services will not be credited back. Please call customer care for more details and to obtain an RMA number for a return.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
In the event you have placed an order and decide to cancel it before it is shipped, there will be a 25% cancellation/restocking fee. Customers must call within no more than 24 hours after their initial purchase in the event you want to make any changes to their order. Remember, we start producing your furniture within days of your order so we need to know of any changes immediately.
What if my item does not fit through my doorway?
It is the customer’s responsibilities to make sure their item will fit when it arrives. Customer is responsible, before ordering, to measure doorways spaces, elevator’s cabins and stairways.
Why does the wood color look different on the website?
Color matching and wood grains vary from computer screen to computer screen and they also vary in real life. We use real woods, which naturally vary.
What if I received a Damaged Item?
Like with our production, we take great care in packaging your shipment so that it will arrive to you safely. In the unlikely event that you have received an item that has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages should be reported to [email protected] We will contact you with return instructions and have you fill out a return authorization form.
For all returns, be certain to retain the original packaging materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for your item. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original delivery.
