Refund & Return Policy

VersaDesk - Terms and Conditions Return Policy:

We guarantee customer satisfaction on every item purchased from VersaTables. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the order being received. If you ordered a quantity of greater than two units, only one product may be opened for evaluation. Opening of additional products is considered to be an acceptance of the entire order. All shipping fees on returns are paid for by the purchaser. The purchaser is subject to any fees incurred while the return shipment is in transit. The shipping charges, along with any possible damage charges, will be deducted from your refund. For all orders greater than or equal to $5,000 USD, there is a mandatory 25% restocking fee. All custom orders are non-refundable. VersaTables will not accept any returns after 30 days from the delivery date. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

How to Request a Return:

1. Call VersaDesk Customer Support at (424)244-2127 to request an RMA number.

2. Please print the RMA form from Customer Support and include it with your return shipment. VersaTables will not accept / receive any returned items that do not have an RMA form attached.

3. PLEASE NOTE: A credit will not be issued without an RMA number. Typically, VersaDesk will take 4-5 business days to process a refund upon receipt of the returned item(s). 

 

Return Eligibility: Items must be in new/unused condition and in their original packaging in order to be returned. Items which are custom/made to order cannot be returned. Returns on clearance items and items marked as “non-returnable” will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Fee: Customers may “Cancel” their orders up to 5 business days after the order was placed without any penalty. However, cancellation requests after 5 business days from the ordering date (that have not been shipped) will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This 25% fee will be calculated on the order total (minus) any shipping fee and or taxes charged up front. All custom orders are considered final, due and payable at the total invoice amount on any purchase orders that have been shipped and received by customers.

Damages & Claims: All damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery. In order to quickly resolve any challenges, please photograph and note each issue on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. All missing parts and/or damaged parts will be replaced and expedited.
