Shipping Policy

VersaDesk ships right to your door!
  • Processing lead time normally takes 7-8 business days. Due to an overwhelming demand some models and sizes may experience a lead time of up to 14 business days.
  • Shipping rate does not include white glove or expedited service.  If you require either please contact us to inquire about additional cost.
  • Holidays and some other factors can affect the time for production & delivery.  
  • When your order has been shipped from our factory, you will receive shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
  • After the lead time and when your order leaves the VersaDesk facilities shipping takes 5-7 business days *excluding holidays to arrive at your doorstep.
  • Depending on your location and other circumstances it could take longer.
  • We are able to facilitate expedited shipping prior to placing your order. Please contact Customer Support prior to your purchase if you require this.
  • Your transit time and carrier may vary. 
  • Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged the normal UPS, FedEx, or Roadway Freight posted rate. 
  • For shipping to Puerto Rico, other territories, or any country other than the U.S., please call us at 1-888-929-0322. 
  • Shipping to PO Boxes is NOT currently available. 
  • Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses is NOT currently available. 
  • If your order says "Awaiting Shipment" this means that it is going through production.  You will receive an email with tracking information when it is shipped.
  • If your order says "Manual Verification", this just means that we need to verify that you intended to make this purchase, because our processing system flagged it as a mismatch.  This is for your safety and apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
